Where do I have to present myself when I arrive in Contrexéville?

The Tourist Office’s trip advisors welcome you from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, all year round, and on Sundays and holidays in July and August from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 5pm. If you cannot arrive during these opening hours, please specify this when you make your reservation, and we will then tell you where to go to start your stay.

How will my care be planned?

The treatments will be planned by the Spa, and will be spread out from the afternoon of your arrival day, until the morning of your departure day, and may be scheduled in the morning and afternoon, depending on the availability of the Spa. The schedule will be given to you upon your arrival, directly at the Spa reception desk. The contents of the packages cannot be modified. Please be aware of the contraindications to certain treatments (cancer, pregnancy, breastfeeding…).

What if the person accompanying me does not want to do the treatment?

You have the possibility to book one of our stays for 1 person and 1 companion. In this case, the accompanying person will benefit from the chosen accommodation in the same room (and from the sports activities for the 5-day Evasion stay) but not from the treatments included in the package.

Is the tourist tax included in the rates?

The price of the stay includes accommodation and access to the Spa and treatments. Excluded are tourist tax, extras and transportation.

Concentrated over two days, the Thermes treatments will bring you relaxation and stress relief, while you can take advantage of the free time to stroll through the Thermal Gallery or in the Thermal Park.

The “Evasion 2 days/1 night” stay includes accommodation in a partner hotel, which will make you feel more comfortable to relax. On the treatment side, you will have access to the Spa, and will benefit from the treatments included in the chosen formula (whirlpool bath, oil modeling…), in duo or solo.

All the practical information

Our offers are valid according to availability and acceptance of our providers at the time of booking.

Bathrobe and towel are provided, regardless of the formula you booked. A bathing cap is recommended and long hair must be tied back.

Non-slip sandals must be worn. If you don’t have any, they can be purchased at the Spa store.

The Spa is not accessible to pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 6 years old. Some treatments may also be contraindicated.
